You do not have to use the app. You receive the expense report it produces.
For the accountant or bookkeeper on the other end of a client's Friday. What lands in your inbox, when someone on the team clicks Email on Reports, is a signed week in the workbook you already use, with a PDF of every receipt behind it and director approval recorded where your client uses directors. When you do want to look, you have a read-only seat across every person in the workspace. Nothing to chase, nothing to retype.

What arrives on Friday
Your workbook, filled in. A PDF of every receipt. One click to your inbox.
Your columns stay where they are; the numbers arrive in them. The workbook you already expect from the client, one cell per number, is the template the app fills in each week, so nothing has to be retyped or reformatted at your end. No workbook in play? The house template is a plain three-sheet weekly form. The receipts PDF rides along in both cases, and one click on Reports emails you the Excel and the PDF.
- Your rows, your columns, your totals, untouched; every week fills them in.
- Signature, and director approval where your client uses directors, recorded on the week.
- One email, the Excel and the receipts PDF attached, sent from Reports with a click.

When you want to look
Read-only across every person. History with filters, CSV out.
The accountant role sees the whole workspace and changes none of it: every week, every report, every receipt, for every person. History lists past expenses across the workspace with filters, and exports whatever you have filtered as CSV for your own tools.
- Accountant role: read-only, workspace-wide. Look at anything; change nothing.
- History: filter the list, then Export CSV of whatever you have filtered.
- Insights: total spent, spend by week and spend by category.

When something changes
Amended weeks carry a record. So does everything else.
A signed week locks. If a receipt turns up the following Wednesday, the week is amended and the amendment is recorded alongside the original, so you can see what changed and when. The activity log shows who did what across the workspace, and a trash with restore covers the receipt someone deleted by mistake.
- Amendments recorded alongside the original signed week.
- Activity log of who did what, when.
- Trash with restore; nothing is gone until it is really gone.

How the week goes
Friday, from your side of the desk.
- 01During the week
Nothing to do.
The team files as they go, or on Friday, or both. You are not in the loop and you do not need to be.
- 02Friday
One click, and it is in your inbox.
Someone on the team presses Email on Reports: a signed week, approved where the client uses directors, the Excel in your workbook, the receipts PDF behind it. Open, post, done.
- 03When you need more
Sign in and look.
Read-only across every person. Filter History, export CSV, check the activity log, and see the record on any amended week.
