How the count works.
We count each expense with a receipt file; mileage days and receipt-less expenses are free.
At 10 on Free, the next receipt waits for next month, or the workspace moves to per-person. Nothing is lost.
Seats are the people who file expenses in the workspace that month; remove someone and the count drops. Accountant seats: ask us, that price is not set yet.
