Mileage that adds itself up.
Home, the office, the client, the branch, home again. One tap per stop and the legs are computed for you. The day's miles land on the week and on the report, at the rate your workspace sets.

The trip builder
Pick the day. Tap the stops. Read the total.
Your home address is set once. Places you go often are saved. Anything else, search an address or use your location. Each stop can carry its own purpose, and the miles between stops are computed as you add them.
- Home address and saved places, one tap each.
- Use My Location for wherever you are standing.
- A purpose on each stop; a trip note that stays in the app.
- Return home at the end is a toggle; the last leg is added for you.
- Drag to reorder if the day went a different way.

From the receipt to the road
The receipt knows where you were. So does the trip.
Every receipt carries the vendor's address once it has been read on the go. Tap I drove here on the expense and that address is suggested as a mileage stop. The lunch and the drive to it end up on the same day, on the same week.
- I drove here on any expense with an address.
- Mileage sits with the expenses on This Week, grouped by day.
- Miles and money both show on the Team screen and the report.

On the week, on the report
Miles on the week. The workspace's rate, on the report.
Mileage is not a separate ledger. It sits on the week beside the expenses, counts toward the week's miles on Team, and comes out on the weekly report at the per-mile rate set in Settings. Set it once and forget it.
- The per-mile rate, set once in Settings by whoever runs the workspace, on every report.
- Miles for the week at a glance on This Week and Team.
- Signed with the week, approved with the week.

Plainly
How the mileage log lands on the report.
Each trip is a dated mileage log entry on the week: the stops, the purpose, the miles. On the report the miles are multiplied by the per-mile rate set once in Settings (the IRS standard mileage rate, or whatever your workspace reimburses at) and the total sits beside the receipts. Nothing is tracked by GPS; you add the trip, the app does the arithmetic.
Questions
Three things people ask about mileage.
No. There is no GPS tracker running in the background and no automatic trip detection. You tell it where you went, one tap per stop; it works out the miles between the stops and puts them where the report needs them.
Once, in Settings, by whoever runs the workspace. Every trip on every week comes out on the report at that rate, so nobody keys a rate into a spreadsheet by hand.
See reportsNo. The Free meter counts expenses with a receipt file, up to 10 a month per person. Mileage days are free.
