In your own workspace, on servers in the United States, separate from every other customer. Your people see your workspace's weeks, receipts and reports, and nobody else's.

Yes. Weekly Excel reports are generated from a workbook template. Start with the house workbook we provide, or hand us the spreadsheet your accountant already expects and we map it so the report lands in the cells they are used to.

No. Receipts are read on-device without any AI key, and that works out of the box. If you add your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key in Settings, extraction gets noticeably better and a second reading cross-checks the total.

Yes. Invite them with the accountant role: read-only across the whole workspace, so they can look at any week, report or receipt without being able to change anything.

Yes. Expense Horizon is a web app you can install to your home screen. On a phone it opens the camera to capture a receipt, straightens and crops it, and reads it right there.

Yes. Build a trip from your home address and saved places, one tap per stop, and the legs are computed for you, with a return-home toggle. Miles land on the week and on the report at the rate your workspace sets. It does not follow you by GPS or detect trips on its own; you add the trip.

Free up to 10 receipts a month per person. $12 a person a month after that, less at 10, 20 and 50 people. Every seat gets the whole product; see the pricing page for the bands and the seat slider.

Some, like any expense app. A few things are set once: the workbook your accountant expects (or the house one), the mileage rate, your home address and the places you go, and who approves. We do that with you when the workspace is created, or whoever runs your books can. If something was set up wrong, change it: a category can be changed on any expense, the workbook can be re-mapped, and a signed week can be amended with the record kept. Nothing is lost.
