Your people, your directors, your accountant.
Four roles, one workspace on your own subdomain, and approvals on the week itself. The people who file, the people who approve, and the person who reads everything and changes nothing.

Roles
Four roles. The right people in the right places.
- 01
Owner
Runs the workspace: people, roles, branding, the template, the AI key. Can approve any week from Team, and files their own weeks like anyone else.
- 02
Director
Sees their people's weeks under Team and approves them there. Files their own weeks too. Optional: a workspace without directors still has the owner to approve.
- 03
Accountant
Read-only across the whole workspace. Every week, report and receipt, without the ability to change any of it.
- 04
Member
Files their own weeks: receipts, mileage, sign on Friday. Sees their own work and nothing else.
The Team screen
Everyone's weeks at a glance. Approve from here.
The approval workflow is one screen. Team shows every member's weekly totals and miles for the last eight weeks, with the signed weeks marked. A director, or the owner, opens a week, checks it, approves it. Nobody has to chase four people for three missing weeks.
- Totals and miles per person, per week, signed weeks marked.
- Approval recorded on the week, by a director or the owner.
- An activity log of who did what, and a trash with restore for the receipt someone deleted by mistake.

A workspace that is yours
Your logo, your colour, your subdomain.
Each customer gets a workspace at yourcompany.expense.secondhorizon.app with its own logo and colour, checked against the sidebar and sign-in page before you save. Google sign-in is optional; email and password work on their own.
- Your own subdomain, and your data kept separate from every other workspace.
- Logo and primary colour, previewed in light and dark before you save.
- Google sign-in optional. Installs as a web app on a phone.

Questions
Three things people ask about roles.
No. The emailed Excel and receipts PDF may be all they ever need. The accountant role is there for the ones who want to look: read-only across every person, every week and every receipt, with History filters and CSV export.
For accountants and bookkeepersNo. Directors are for teams that want a manager approving their own people's weeks. In a workspace without directors, the owner approves from Team; in a workspace of one, nobody has to.
Email and password on your own subdomain, with Google sign-in as an option. On a phone, the workspace installs from the browser like an app.

Who files, who approves, who reads?
Tell us those three things and we set the roles up for you: your subdomain, your logo, your people invited, the accountant read-only if they want in.
